Ingredients Para sa Carbonara
1. Isang kilo spagehtti noodles/penne alfredo pasta cooked per package direction
2. Isang tbsp butter, oil or margarine
3. Isang head garlic minced, onions cubed
4. Dalawang latang century tuna flakes in oil
5. Dalawang packed ham
6. Tatlong lata ng mushroom
7. Tatlong lata ng evaporadang gatas
8. Dalawang Nestle Cream
9. laurel Leaf
10. Red bell peppers(optional)
11. Salt to taste
12. Pepper
13. Magic Sarap

Procedure sa pagluto ng Carbonara
1. Saute garlic, onions and ham and tuna for a approximately 2-3 minutes.add 1 cup of water till ham and tuna is cooked.
2. Ilagay ang mushroom (sliced) then next yong evap at cream/timpalahan ng asin at magic sarap.pwede na rin budburan ng konting pepper (durog/pino is preferred)
3. Yong bell peppers at laurel leaf pwede pagsabayin pero optional lang to.kaya may laurel para hindi siya nakakaumay
