Ingredients Para sa Ginisang Alugbati na may Sardinas
1. Isang medium size onion (chopped)
2. Dalawang pirasong garlic (chopped)
3. Alugbati (Malabar Spinach) 2 bundles - leaves separated from stem; stem chopped in an inch long.

Procedure sa pagluto ng Ginisang Alugbati na may Sardinas
